YOGA PRACTICE

Yoga has been an integral part of the subject 'health and physical education'.Both yoga and physical education contributes both to the physical development of the child and also to the psychological and mental development. Thus yoga practices contribute to the overall development of the child.

As a part of B.Ed. curriculum we have a Yoga class on 20/03/2021 at 10 am by Mr Unnilal sir, Assistant professor of H.K.M.C.E .The Yoga class was conducted in two sessions and started at 10 am in main hall. Sir took yoga session with great dedication. The students participated with full interest, enthusiasm and eagerness. Yoga starting with warming up and stretching. In that class sir discussed about various yoga mudras, Pranayama and asanas. Sir introduces some mudras like chinmudra, vayumudra, Indramudra etc in Yoga. Then done some asanas like padmasana, shalabhasana, vagrasana, halasana, dhanuranghasana etc.  It’s difficult to perform because our body is not flexible enough. Shavasana helps to relief pain while doing the asanas.

In present time of competition and complexities yoga education is very much significant. It helps to control mental condition and positive thinking. This was my first and best experience.yoga not only releases mental stress but it also strength to the body and mind. This session was very refreshing reviving and relaxing one.

  1. Take the specific goals to care the body fitness.Try to improve the body fitness.food means good substance to eat something. Always remember good food means healthy food like banana bread recipe and also tasty food means cake. But maintain the yoga.
